1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or courier issues.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for most products and areas in Pakistan. However, in certain cases or for specific items, advance payment may be required.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details so you can track your shipment.
5. Damages or Lost Packages
Locked N Loaded Pvt Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier service directly to file a claim.

6. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are currently limited to Pakistan.
